SAHARA DESERT
The Sahara desert is the world’s hottest and third largest desert in the world. It is located in the northern parts of Africa. The name ‘Sahara ‘comes from the Arabic word, ‘Sahara’ meaning desert. It is almost as large as china or the u.s!!!
Location
The Sahara desert goes all the way across the top of Africa.it spreads through Algeria, libiya, Egypt, morocco and many, many, many more African countries!!!
Climate
The Sahara desert is one of the hottest places on earth.it is the third largest desert after Antarctica and the arctic.in the Sahara desert, it is not uncommon for the temperature to reach up to 122°f in summers. And at night, the temperature could drop to 0°c or lower!!!!!!!!!!!!Also, it might rain there and not rain in the same place for years!!!It’s no wonder that the Sahara desert is called the sea of sand.
Wildlife
In the Sahara desert, there are about 500 plant species and 70 types of animals. Some of the animals are: camels, African wild dog, sand vipers, monitor lizard, cheetahs, desert crocodiles, baboons and flying scorpions. Flying scorpions are harmless but can really sting you. BUT CANNOT KILL YOU!!!!!In the Sahara desert, there are also 90 species of resident birds and 100 species of reptiles. Also, The camels in the Sahara desert are used for carrying Egyptian queens and princesses.
People
Arabians, Egyptians, NUBIANS, AND MANY MORE PEOPLE LIVE IN THE SAHARA DESERT.UNLIKE MOST PEOPLE WHO THINK THE SAHARA DESERT IS IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE AND, IT IS ABANDONED. But, the Sahara desert is not in the middle of nowhere and, it is not abandoned.
Tourism
the Sahara desert attracts a number of tourists every year.it is an ideal place for enjoying camel treks and camping under the stary night.

The climate is hot like 35-40C, also the climate is rainfall.
4. Wildlife
In the Sahara desert, there are about 500 plant species and 70 types of animals like Camels and so whatever. There are 90 species of resident birds and 100 species of reptiles.
5. People
The people are dark and some people at Africa live at the Sahara desert and people get used to it and like it there.
6. Tourism
The Tourism of people is the guests will ride on camels, horses and elephants, guests normally stay on tent hotels.
